Kathleen Sexton boasts 20+ years of expertise in team effectiveness, leadership development, change management, and organizational development. Her versatile background spans business, non-profit, healthcare, higher education, and government. As the founder of Kairos Learning since 2009, Kathleen specializes in team building, MBTI facilitation, change management, and learning and development for teams and leaders.

With a decade of leadership in Santa Clara County's Learning and Employee Development Department, Kathleen directed talent management, OD/OE, employee engagement, and eLearning services for 20,000+ employees, managing a team of ten in a $3 million budget. Earlier, she contributed a decade at Stanford University's Learning & Development Department, developing a premier career program (COMPASS), overseeing various training initiatives, and leading innovative projects like the Learn From Anywhere Initiative – Webinar Program.

As an instructor for Stanford University Continuing Studies since 2006, Kathleen teaches diverse courses, including Myers-Briggs insights, career and life-strategizing (COMPASS Journey), career satisfaction mapping, and mindfulness for life and leadership.

Kathleen holds a Master’s in Counseling from San Francisco State University, a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, and certifications as an MBTI Master Practitioner, Prosci Change Management Professional, and a Nationally Certified Career Counselor (NCCC). Her innovative learning solutions and transformative training programs continue to drive organizational change and enhance team performance, making her a sought-after expert in the field.
