Allison Tillman

Moving On Up

Allison Tillman ('11) began her career at Old Navy in their Accelerated Management Program. Now, she is a Senior Planner for Gap Inc. She is responsible for getting the right product, to the right store, at the right time, at the right price while taking into account the effects of the pandemic. Tillman developed creative inventory strategies to manage transportation delays, customer shopping habits shifting to online, and an increase demand in comfort clothing and leisure ware. Read More

Data might not be the first word you think of when you hear the word Netflix, but for Inna Giguere ('10), that is her bread and butter. As a content data engineering leader for Netflix, she provides rich data, analytic products, and strategic insights that drive how Netflix creates and licenses content. Can't stop watching binge-worthy shows like The Crown or Queen's Gambit? Inna's behind the scenes data engineering role more than likely played a hand in it.

Veteran Navigating the Tides of the Pandemic

Much like the rest of the world, Stephany Tone ('16) was not immune to the effects of the ongoing pandemic. Fortunately, Cornejo had two important skills in her rolodex- her ability to pivot and network. She utilized those skills when she was furloughed from her job. Within a month, she landed her new role as Senior Administrator with Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory.
