International Recruiting is part of the Compass Program initiative. The project has multiple phases as described below:
International Recruiting Phase 1
This phase went live in April 2020.
The scope of the project was:
Migration of agents from Zoho CRM and lists of other contacts (EducationUSA counselors, US and international high school partners, overseas university partners, community college partners) Intl Programs Compass/SF CRM page customizations needed to replace Zoho CRM software around Agent tracking functionality Migration of agent data from Zoho to Compass Intl Programs Reporting - public and private report capabilities Workflow processes for efficiency
International Recruiting Phase 2
This phase went live in June 2020.
The scope of the project was:
Email Studio (1) Agent mailings (2) student mailings Loading of Intl (Brazil) prospects into two classifications: (1) hot prospects (2) general prospect list Relating students to agents Online form for prospective students Lead tracking of prospective students as contacts Opportunity tracking of prospective students by stage Dell Boomi data integration from PS
International Recruiting Phase 3
This phase went live in October 2020.
The scope of the project was:
Admissions document management form centralized in CRM (via Forms Assembly) Marketing Cloud journeys for prospective students Reporting - new public and private reports to enable department efficiency & transparency
International Recruiting Phase 4
This phase went live in February 2021.
The scope of the project was:
Automated Marketing Cloud Process to email student with Form Assembly link once the Admission Decision stage is reached on the opportunity I-20 Form (Form Assembly) developed to collect / upload applicant documents to CRM Opportunity i.e. in file/attachments section Various CRM data attributes are gathered/stored in CRM from the Form field capture such as sponsor name, email, etc. Also, a section for I-20 Form related answers will be stored on the Opportunity page
International Recruiting Phase 4.5
This phase is currently underway.
The scope of the project is:
Phase 4 enhancement refinements such as I-20 tracking fields. Fixes for production data issues including Data Extensions (INC0222408) and Boomi source alterations (DWH to PS).

CRM enhancements to track I-20 & Calif Residency processes for matriculated Intl students
