- This request enables you to divide your $500.00 initial payment into two installment payments instead of paying in one lump sum.  All payment plans must be submitted for approval. 

On-Campus Housing Exemption Form - If you live within the following counties Alameda, Contra Costa, Solano, Marin, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, San Joaquin and have been placed on the waitlist, you can complete this form to request an on-campus housing priority. You must complete this contract in order to be considered for priority status. To ensure timely consideration and notification, please submit the form and any supporting documentation to the Student Housing Office no later than August 1, for the Fall term. Be sure to check your Horizon email for updates.
