Cal State East Bay Topped by Cal State Stanislaus, 67-60

TURLOCK, Calif. - The Pioneer men's basketball team dropped to 2-15 in CCAA play and 5-17 overall following a 67-60 defeat to Cal State Stanislaus on Feb. 13. The game was tied 35-35 at halftime.
Jacob Noisat made a layup with 2:13 left in the game as the Pioneers trailed 61-59. A three-pointer and two free throws by Dwight Jones gave the Warriors a 64-59 advantage with 51 seconds remaining.
Jones led all scorers with 19 points. Chad Johnson followed with 17 points for Cal State Stanislaus, now 6-12 in the CCAA and 10-13 overall.
Jawaan Rubin led the Pioneers with 16 points on 5 of 8 from the field and 4 of 5 three-pointers. Donavon Jackson scored 13 points.
