The San Ramon Valley Unified School District board recently announced the appointment of three principals to Danville schools. The new administrators will go to work July 1 before officially starting off the school year with students, parents and staff on the first day of classes, Aug. 23.
Christopher George will take the lead at Charlotte Wood Middle School, where he was previously assistant principal at Iron Horse Middle School in San Ramon for nine years. He holds an administrative services credential and a master's degree in educational administration from California State University Hayward. George replaces Sandy Budde, who retired after nine years at Charlotte Wood.
