Nominations now accepted for alumni awards

If you have been impressed with a Cal State East Bay graduate who is making an impact in the community or has reached a professional milestone, we hope you will help us spread the news. The Cal State East Bay Alumni Association is requesting nominations for the 2011 Distinguished Alumnus of the Year and the Young Alum of the Year awards.

This is a wonderful way to demonstrate the talent cultivated at Cal State East Bay and bring attention to the hard work and accomplishments of our alumni. These awards are among the highest honors bestowed by the University; the 2010 recipients were Patrick Devine, who is the Vice President of Global Compensation at Oracle and an influential member of his community; and Robert Litton, a notable young composer.
