Elllis joins real estate team at Tri-Counties

Tri Counties Bank has hired mortgage professional Terri Ellis of Grass Valley as a home mortgage specialist for Tri Counties Bank.
“Tri Counties Bank is pleased to welcome Terri Ellis to the Home Mortgage Team. She will be responsible for originating first mortgage purchase and refinance loans in Nevada County including Truckee, Nevada City, Grass Valley, Penn Valley and Lake of the Pines branches.” Rick Gonsalves, vice president, home mortgage sales manager at Tri Counties Bank, said in a prepared statement.
A veteran mortgage originator in Nevada County, Ellis' management and leadership experience spans more than 20 years in the real estate and finance industry, according to the statement.
Ellis provides service and expertise to clients who are seeking residential loans. She brings years of experience in cultivating relationships with customers in Nevada County, as well as with local real estate professionals. She has a proven reputation for providing an exceptional level of service.

Prior to joining Tri Counties Bank, Ellis worked as a mortgage specialist for Nevada County Mortgage and for Citizens Bank of Northern California.

Ellis graduated from California State University Hayward with a Bachelor of Science degree and a paralegal certificate. Ellis became a licensed California real estate agent in 1989 and she is also licensed through the National Mortgage Licensing Services.
In her free time, she enjoys family and friends, riding her horses, boating, gardening, raising a variety of chickens, and reading. She resides in Rough and Ready with her husband and son. Her daughter is attending Drexel University in Pennsylvania.
