The Sun Shines Everywhere

Dr. Penny McCullagh, (a boat resident at Marina Village and member of Encinal Yacht Club) professor and chair of kinesiology at CSU East Bay, was invited to China to give two lectures and one keynote talk on her research on observational learning. On a trip last year she visited Soochow University and then Beijing for two more talks. The photo is from the tourist bus trip McCullagh took to the Great Wall and accompanying her along the way was that bastion of local news, the Alameda Sun.
