"San Leandro by Design is extending its reach. We are delighted to be partnering with MBA program students who will present a "Focus on San Leandro". From the outcome of their significant research and field work to acquire a working understanding of San Leandro’s economy, the students, joining together for their final project, will present their findings, and what those findings tell us about our city’s abundant opportunities.
In addition, urban design & place making expert Greg Tung of will present his latest findings on the "New Workplace".
The workplace as we have known it continues to evolve rapidly, particularly in tech-centric regions like the Bay Area. He will help us better understand how we can, and must, adapt to these changes as we work to keep, grow and attract business enterprise in San Leandro.
Greg Tung's firm has created and carried out major community design and planning work in cities and downtowns such as Redwood City, Mountain View, Pleasanton, Livermore, and our own San Leandro, just to name a few."
