The Cal State East Bay Alumni Association is seeking alumni volunteers for a variety of programs and events.
Transfer Student/Alumni mixer
Share career advice and post-graduation tips with our transfer students. This festive networking opportunity for new and former Pioneers can help students start thinking about career goals and the steps to achieve their goals. Refreshments will be served.

Commencement 2013
Help us congratulate and recognize our graduating students for their hard work by volunteering at one of three Commencement ceremonies honoring the Class of 2013.
- Graduate Commencement Ceremony — Friday, June 14, 3:30pm to 5pm
- Undergraduate Commencement Ceremony, Hayward Campus — Saturday, June 15, 7:30am to 10am
- Concord Campus Commencement Ceremony — Saturday, June 15, 4:30pm to 6 pm
Student and Alumni Outreach Events
Join alumni leaders and enrollment staff at school fairs and community events to share information about Cal State East Bay. Events arise on an ongoing basis – we’ll plug you in according to your schedule.
Career Advisers
Everyone benefits from good advice along their career path – do you have time to advise students via an email or phone exchange or an occasional event? You can participate as a career advisor according to your availability. It can be an extremely satisfying way to make a big difference to students.
