M & C Association Management Services, Inc., an Associa company, is pleased to announce the recent staff promotions of Adrianne Bretao, Ian Brown and Maggie Wyatt. Bretao and Brown now serve as Vice Presidents, while Wyatt is now Director of Operations.

Bretao is responsible for all aspects of the Pleasanton Branch operations. A graduate of California State University, East Bay, she began working in the community association management industry in 2001. While working in association management, Bretao has earned the designations of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Association Management Specialist (AMS), Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM), and is in the final stages of obtaining the Large Scale Management (LSM) designation.
She is an inducted member of the Associa Ambassadors Circle and volunteers on the education committee for the Bay Area/Central CAI Chapter. Bretao is devoted to the assistance of educating professionals and advancing the industry to new heights. Outside of the office, she likes to play competitive softball and spend time with her two sons.
Brown, CCAM, CCRM, serves as the director of marketing and is a graduate of New York University. After working as the Head Concierge for a private club in New York City, he moved to the Bay Area in 2005 and began his career in community and property management. Brown has managed every form of real estate in the Bay Area: single family rentals, large apartment buildings, high rise commercial, medical, office condominiums and mobile home co-operatives. With M & C he has found a passion for community management, seeking to improve home values and quality of life for the residents in the M & C portfolio. He is a member of the CAI Bay Area/Central Chapter board of directors and a regular speaker at CAI and ECHO education events.
Wyatt is Director of Operations at M & C Association Management Services, Inc. She began her career with Associa at Colorado Association Services in 2007 and has had the opportunity to work in several different departments. She is dedicated to customer service and helping people develop their skills to provide the highest level of service possible. Wyatt is a recent member of the Associa A Team. She enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, camping and reading.
