Musician Kate Campbell to joins music group REDSHIFT

Pianist Kate Campbell, performs frequently as a soloist and chamber musician specializing in 20th and 21st century music.  

As the pianist in the new music ensemble REDSHIFT, she is artist in residence at California State University, East Bay and the Fairbanks Summer Arts Festival in Alaska.

Other recent projects include performances with the San Francisco Contemporary Music Players and solo performances for the Switchboard Music Festival in San Francisco. Kate has been adjunct professor and staff accompanist at the University of San Francisco.  She has taught piano and music theory at Westminster Conservatory of Music in Princeton, NJ, Crowden Center for Music in the Community in Berkeley, CA, and the San Francisco Community Music Center. 

She received her Master of Music in Piano Performance at University of Wisconsin-Madison, and her Bachelor of Music at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music.
