In the aftermath of the deadly shooting at a historically black church in Charleston, South Carolina, Cal State East Bay’s Office of University Diversity is sponsoring a healing circle for students, faculty and staff.
The event will be held on Tuesday, June 30 from 12-1:30 p.m. in the CSUEB Diversity Center in the New University Union. The healing circle is designed to give people a safe space to come together and share thoughts, experiences and feelings, as well as an opportunity to process the racially-motivated shooting.
