LGBT center names CSUEB grad as new director

Colette Seguin Beighley, MS, counseling and mental health ('85), has been named director of the LGBT Resource Center at Grand Valley State University in Allendale, Michigan. She previously served as the assistant director of the center. Seguin Beighley joined Grand Valley staff in 2009 after serving as the director of communications for Equality Michigan. Read .
Seguin Beighley said she advocates to educate all students on social issues through monthly programs, trainings, films and student-led discussions at the LGBT Resource Center.
