Pioneer Wellness Challenge - March into Wellness
Instructions
Welcome back Pioneers! Looking for a good challenge this semester? We've created a few activities to help practice our four key messages: eat healthier options, move more daily, take time for yourself, and make meaningful connections.
From February 28 to March 20, we encourage you to "March into Wellness" by choosing one of our two activity sheets:
- The Key Messages Activity Sheet lists a variety of activities they you can do to practice the key messages. Some activities involve participation in RAW sponsored activities where you'll provide a stamp for in person attendance or a secret word for virtual attendance. Other activities are ones you can do on your own.
- The SMART Goal Activity sheet is where the you write your own SMART goal to work on. We'll be hosting a few SMART Goal workshops in case you're interested in a refresher on how to write a SMART goal.
During the week of March 21, you can turn in your activity sheet for prizes!
You can post your activities on Instagram and tag @EastBayRAW and @PAWCSUEB.
If you have any questions, contact your GS Instructor or email us at rawcenter@csueastbay.edu. Have fun!
