The Relaxation Rooms in the Recreation and Wellness center are dedicated quiet spaces meant for stress relief and mental well-being. Rooms serve as a peaceful spot where individuals can unwind, meditate, or just take a break to recharge.

 

There are two Relaxation Rooms options:

  1. Forest Room: This room can be reserved for 45 minutes and includes a massage chair and a nap bed, providing an ideal space for a longer relaxation experience.
  2. Ocean Room: This room can be reserved for 25-minute sessions, and includes a massage chair, making it a quicker option for relaxation.

Each room includes blankets, white noise machine , and soft lightening to contribute to best experience. 

 

How to make an appointment: 

  • Online appointments: To make an appointment use the  or RAW app and select "relaxation room appointments"
  • Walk-ins: Feel free to come into the PAW room and a staff member will help you book an appointment

 

Confirmation: 

  • If an appointment was made online, ensure that an email has been received confirming the booking details. When you arrive please make sure to check in with the staff before entering the room.

 

 

Tips for the Relaxation Room: 

  • Turn off distractions such as your phone and laptop. 
  • Visualize a calming place as you relax your muscles 
  • Take deep breaths and practice mindful thinking
