High Impact Practices (HIPs) Certificate

are a set of evidence-based pedagogies linked to student success. These include but are not limited to Diversity, Global Learning, Collaborative Assignments & Projects, Writing Intensive Courses and Service Learning.

The Office of Faculty Development, University Diversity Office, Center for Sustainability, and Center for Community Engagement present a High Impact Practices (HIPs) Certificate Program. To earn the certificate, Faculty must participate in a series of workshops throughout the year.
