Request Accessible Furniture in the Classroom

Note: The Semester Request process through Accommodate is no longer active. If you need to implement your Accessible Furniture accommodation for a Summer 2022 course, please email the Accommodation Coordinator at asfurniture@csueastbay.edu.

The is now live! You can submit Accommodation Notifications for your Fall 2022 courses. 

The Accommodation Notification process through the AS Portal is replacing the Semester Request process and the Determination of Accommodations Letter from Accommodate. You will submit your Accommodation Notifications through the AS Portal to notify faculty about your accommodations and to notify Accommodation Coordinators that you need to put an accommodation in place. 

Accommodation Notifications for Accessible Furniture that are submitted at least two weeks prior to the start of a semester will guarantee that furniture is placed by the first day of class. Accommodation Notifications submitted after the start of the semester will be placed within one (1) week of receiving the notification.
