Parking
The commencement ceremonies require a special commencement parking permit to park on campus. Please note that semester, daily, hourly permits are not valid during commencement ceremonies.
- Each commencement ceremony will have their own unique special commencement parking permit that will only be valid on the designated date and time.
- Each graduate can receive up to three (3) parking permits (this includes the graduate's vehicle).
- Vehicles with a DMV-issued Disabled Persons Parking Placard or license plate must also have a special commencement parking permit (distributed to graduates) to park on campus for all Hayward ceremonies.
- This year PARKING PERMITS will be VIRTUAL and a vehicle must be registered with a license plate number to the permit.
- Only register the parking permit once you know which vehicle you will use, as this info cannot be changed or altered later.
- Print out the parking confirmation receipt (sent by email) and place it on your dashboard once you park on campus.
- Graduates can obtain parking permits online beginning March 25, 2025.
