    • Elevate partnerships across campus that provides opportunities for student insight and assists in shaping the future of the University through their stories.

    • Review current processes to be inclusive of Diversity, Equity, Justice, and Inclusion (DEJI) practices.
    • Partner with Diversity & Inclusion Student Affinity & Resource Centers (DISARC) and Diversity Office to increase DEJI programming and training opportunities for all students.

    • Development of Institutional Effectiveness & Research (IER) dashboards that will be used to make informed decisions and allocate resources to support our students.

    • Increase departmental advisory groups that are comprised of students, campus partners, and community constituents that will be responsible for reviewing program outcomes and making recommendations.
    • Provide enhanced marketing that is supportive of students' experience providing ease to find activities, events, workshops, and resources.
    • Identify administrative barriers and develop ways to streamline processes for ease of access for students.

    • Build a cohesive plan to increase enrollment that is supported by departments across campus that brings the campus experience to life with a focus on Student Success.

    • Expand work accomplished through collaborations with ITS and admissions, marketing, recruiting, student tracking, accreditation, and other packages developed by ITS on Salesforce into other programs / colleges/ undergraduate recruiting

    • Reduce or eliminate the use of legal names when a chosen name has been made known to the university on all software systems
