Human Development majors are well-prepared to work with people of all ages, and people from diverse cultural, ethnic, gender, socioeconomic, and religious backgrounds. The Human Development and Women's Studies programs introduce students to a broad understanding of human experience and behavior, and prepare students for a variety of careers in areas such as teaching, educational leadership, social work, health care, counseling, mental health, law and law enforcement, human resources, and organizational work in community or corporate settings.
