Group Fitness Programs

Spring semester group fitness classes will take place at the RAW starting the week of January 28. RAW members who are interested in participating in group fitness classes are able to register and reserve a space via their online  or RAW Member App

  • High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.) with Tyler  
  • Intro to Zumba with Suleima 
  • Meditational Yoga with Garima 
  • Yoga Flow with Xan 
  • Zumba with Suleima
