Foundation Officers
The CSUEB Foundation is responsible to its Board of Directors. The primary responsibility of the Directors is to set the corporation's goals, establish its policies, and oversee the achievement of its objectives. The Board of Directors is comprised of faculty, staff, students, administrators and community members.
