Drinking Water
CSUEB has initiated a voluntary program to test the drinking water for lead on its campuses. This testing is to ensure the campus drinking water sources are not above the action levels recommended by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
Testing began in June 2018. Results and actions for each building are posted below as they are completed. The following fixtures in CSUEB buildings are being tested:
- Drinking fountains
- Sinks where water is used for drinking
- Ice machines (when used for food or drink)
